The main issue here is that for translators working in rates in cents, not dollars, it’s quite difficult to do small rate increases because of the small numbers at play. What would be logical would be to increase the rate by a few cents every couple of years, but this usually does not work for those of us who work with LSPs as our main clients. Something to consider.
