Hi Charlotte, thank you for your comments. I really like the idea to have a list of questions/guidelines ready to discuss with clients. It could be useful for any kind of project, working with direct clients, with agencies, and also when collaborating with colleagues! It may also help to define expectations of all the parties involved. Thanks

I’m only working with agencies right now so they usually provide a style guide (but as you experienced yourself, it’s sometimes way too long and not always useful…) but it can be useful for when I work with direct clients.
