I would be curious of your thoughts on how translation memories are handled in contracts and who retains the rights over TM content. Generally, contracts I’ve encountered assign ownership of the content in TMs to the purchaser of the translation services, and “sharing” content from multiple clients in a single TM is then considered to be a breach of any non-disclosure clauses.
