There were serious translations mistakes, and correcting those after a document has been filed in court can be a nightmare for everyone involved. The use of columns is great for comparison , and I would not use any other method of writing it and putting it down on paper. If you are not prepared to testify in court about your FTT, then it is not a good idea to engage in this kind of work. Also, keep in mind that you may be peer-reviewing a friend or colleague that works in your area. Sometimes it’s best to turn down those assignments and let someone from out of town handle those. It just avoids many pitfalls. There are just so many things that can go wrong with this type of work, and even your work can be peer-reviewed. Thank you for writing such a great article. I really enjoyed reading it.
